LUNCH MENU:
Fiesta Taco Bar - Hot, spicy taco beef and shredded chicken, soft flour and hard corn tortillas and sides of Spanish rice and Mexican beans. Toppings include diced tomatoes and red onions, salsa, jalapenos, black olives, sour cream, shredded cheese and chopped lettuce. Comes with guacamole and chips, garden salad, a fresh fruit platter and brownies.
Southwest Enchiladas - Chicken and/or bean & corn {veggie} enchilada casseroles with lots of cheese and diced green chilies and sides of Spanish rice and Mexican beans. Toppings include diced tomatoes, red onions, jalapenos, salsa, black olives, sour cream and chopped lettuce. Comes with guacamole and chips, garden salad, a fresh fruit platter and brownies.
Famous Baked Potato and Salad Bar - Large, hot russet (and/or sweet!) potatoes with hot chili and spicy broccoli cheese sauce. Other potato toppings include seasoned diced chicken, sautéed mushrooms, sour cream, green onions, shredded cheese, black olives and real bacon crumbles. Comes with bowls of Romaine lettuce and field greens and toppings such as cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, carrots, mandarin wedges, chick peas, baby corn and an assortment of dressings. Includes rolls and butter, a fresh fruit platter and brownies.
Great Southern BBQ - Slow-cooked and hand-pulled chicken and/or pork BBQ sandwich bar with assorted buns, hearty baked beans, homemade Cole slaw and potato chips. Toppings include sliced red onions, jalapenos, smoky Provolone cheese and pickles. With a fresh fruit platter and brownies.
Windy City Dog & Brat Bar - Grilled Chicago-style dogs and bratwurst marinated overnight in beer and onions, with potato salad, country baked beans, assorted buns and potato chips. Toppings include sauerkraut, diced onions, cucumbers, jalapenos and tomatoes, shredded cheese, pickle relish, seasoned salt, ketchup and dijon and yellow mustards. Comes with a fresh fruit platter and brownies.
Ultimate Salad Bar - Romaine lettuce, assorted field greens and a platter of roasted chicken breast slices, portabella mushrooms and asparagus spears. Toppings include tomatoes, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, mandarin wedges, black olives, green onions, baby corn, carrots, radishes, chick peas, croutons and feta cheese. Comes with an assortment of dressings, rolls and butter, a fresh fruit platter and brownies.
'Make your Own' Deli Bar - Premium deli meats, homemade chicken and tuna salads with assorted breads, wraps and rolls. Toppings include lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, black olives, jalapenos, cheeses and condiments. Comes with salads, potato chips, a fresh fruit platter and brownies.
Box Lunches - Great sandwiches, with Romaine or Field Green salads (or chips) fruit and a brownie. Call for details, prices vary.
BREAKFAST MENU:
Blue Plate Special - Scrambled cheesy eggs, breakfast sausage, crispy bacon and home-fried potatoes. Includes individual yogurts with a bowl of granola, condiments, assorted pastries, a fresh fruit platter and orange juice.
Breakfast Burritos - Larger than usual burritos filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, shredded potatoes, diced green chilies and spicy sausage (hold the sausage for veggie burritos.) Served with green chili sauce, sour cream, jalapenos. chopped lettuceand salsa. Comes with home fried potatoes, a fresh fruit platter, assorted pastries and orange juice.
All meals $12.75 per person. $25 delivery/setup fee. Bottled waters .50 ea. Other beverages at additional charge.
